IR high temperature overhung centrifugal pump is with similar structure with IS type end suction pump. The only difference point IR shaft seal way. IR type pump normally install with mechanical seal way to transfer the liquid temperature lower than 104℃.

Summary

Advantage

1.IR high temperature overhung centrifugal pump is back pull-out structures, which IR convenient for maintenance and repair. The pump cover and impeller can be repaired without disassembling the pump body, suction pipeline and discharge pipeline.

2. In order to avoid shaft wear, a shaft sleeve is designed at the part where the shaft passes through the packing cavity, and an O-ring IR installed in the shaft sleeve to prevent air intake or air leakage along the mating surface.

3. IR pumps is lubricated by oil.
