1. The operating environment temperature of the sewage pump is ≤40℃, the humidity is ≤95%;

2. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 60℃, and the weight of the medium should be 1～1.3kg/dm3.

3. The use range of cast iron material is PH5～9.

4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can use general corrosive medium.

5. The altitude of the use environment should not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, it should be put forward when ordering, so as to provide you with more reliable products.

LW vertical sewage pump structure description

The LW vertical sewage pump is a single-suction volute type pump. The pump is equipped with a non-clogging and anti-winding type single (double) large flow channel impeller, which has a good passing capacity. This series of pumps has two structural forms, one is that the motor and the pump are directly coaxial, the other is that the coupling is used for connection, and the motor adopts a standard vertical motor. The structure diagram is as follows, each structure has two types of base connection, one is the horizontal suction of the inlet, which has a corner function. According to the requirements of use, the inlet and outlet can be placed at 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°, which is convenient for pipelines. The second is the axial suction of the inlet, which is convenient for vertical installation.
