Summary
S horizontal glass fiber reinforced plastic sulfuric acid transfer pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal inline pump. It is suitable for transporting various concentrations of hydrochloride acid, low concentration sulfuric acid and other non-oxidizing strong acids, organic acids, inorganic salts and various organic solvents.
It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, daily chemical, chemical fiber, water treatment, machinery, Anti-corrosion fields in metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries. S type sulfuric acid transfer pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide range of corrosion resistance, convenient maintenance, etc., and is in the leading level among similar products in China.
Shaft seal: WB2 type external F4 corrugated mechanical seal, reliable sealing, long service time, convenient maintenance and replacement.
Pump drive and direction of rotation: The pump is driven directly by the motor through a claw-type flexible coupling that rotates clockwise from the motor end.

SY, S series pumps are widely used in industries of chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, rare earths, leather to transport various non-oxidizing acids that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easily crystallized, and have a temperature lower than 100 ¡ãC. It is the most reasonable equipment for corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid.
