Summary

PFA lined chemical transfer pump is also called fluoroplastic lined inline pump. The lining material have PTFE, PFA for choice. It is designed and manufactured by our company according to market demand and with reference to international standards. This product is widely used in: pickling process, painting process, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, chlorine water in ionic membrane caustic soda projects, waste water treatment and acid addition processes; applicable temperature: -20 ℃ - 200 ℃ .

1.The GF series fluoroplastic pipeline pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, and they are located on the same center line;

2. The impeller is directly connected with the motor shaft, with high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation;

3. The shaft seal adopts advanced external bellows mechanical seal. The static ring adopts alumina ceramics, and the moving ring adopts tetrafluoro-filled material (other materials are specially designed according to the special working conditions of the user), which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has good sealing performance and is effective. Increase the service life of the mechanical seal;

4. Simple structure, easy maintenance, small footprint, no need to dismantle pipes when overhauling and replacing impellers, seals and other wearing parts.
