There are two types of glass fiber reinforced plastic pump , WSY and FSY, produced by this unit. 1. WSY pump is a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic submerged vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is a vertical FRP submerged centrifugal pump. Because the pump extends into the storage tank, the depth of the storage tank is different, and the designed submerged depth is between 800mm and 3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid can be started without filling the liquid. There are leakage holes under the flat cover, and the liquid will not leak to the outside of the storage tank.

Advantages

The wet parts of the pump are made of phenolic glass fiber modified by polyvinyl butyral and molded by high temperature. There is no metal contact with the medium when they reach into the liquid.

The corrosion resistance is absolutely reliable, and light weight.

It has excellent properties such as high quality, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys in terms of anti-corrosion. The pump is in the direction of transmission and rotation: the pump is directly driven by the motor through the claw-type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.Application:

Application

FSY vertical submerged pumps are widely used in industries of chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, rare earths, leather to transport various non-oxidizing acids that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easily crystallized, and have a temperature lower than 100℃. It is the most reasonable equipment for corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid.
