GDL multistage centrifugal inline pump are designed according to ISO2858 & JB/T53058-93 standard. It is used to transfer clean water, and other liquids that physical properties which are similar to those of pure-water, applicate in industrial and city water supply and drainage, high buildings booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting booster, remote water supply, heating systems, circulating booster of cold & hot water in bath rooms.

Summary

GDL multistage centrifugal inline pump are designed according to ISO2858 & JB/T53058-93 standard. It is used to transfer clean water, and other liquids that physical properties which are similar to those of pure-water, applicate in industrial and city water supply and drainage, high buildings booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting booster, remote water supply, heating systems, circulating booster of cold & hot water in bath rooms. The pumped liquid should be below 80¡æ. Note: we also supply hot water pump, high temperature pump, chemical pump, oil pump with special design. GDL multistage centrifugal inline pump is a novel pump developed for pipeline pressurization and transportation to solve the problem of too low pipeline pressure.

Working principle of GDL vertical multistage inline pump

When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at a high speed, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid filled in the impeller is thrown from the center of the impeller along the flow channel between the blades to the surrounding of the impeller. Because the liquid is affected by the blades, the pressure and speed are increased. At the same time, the flow channel of the guide casing is led to the impeller of the next stage, so that it flows through all the impellers and the guide casing successively, and the pressure energy of the liquid is further increased. After stacking each impeller step by step, a certain head is obtained.

Scope of application

Main application of GDL vertical multistage pipeline pump

1. Multi-stage pipeline pump is suitable for high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, cooling tower water supply, long-distance water supply, air conditioning, refrigeration flushing, bathroom and other cold; warm water circulation pressurization. Use temperature below 80¡ãC.

2. Suitable for high temperature hot water pressurization cycle in heating, boiler and other industries. Use temperature below 150¡æ.

3. Suitable for conveying corrosive media in the process flow of food, pharmaceutical, wine-making, chemical industry and other industries, and the operating temperature is below 80 ¡ãC.

4. Suitable for conveying non-corrosive liquids, such as methane or other industrial places where explosive mixtures exist in methane or coal mine underground fixed equipment Class I and factory IIA, II B grades, and temperature groups are T1, T2, T3, and T4. Use temperature below 80¡ãC.

5. Suitable for conveying industrial corrosive liquids such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, food, national defense, etc. There are methane or coal mine underground fixed equipment Class I and factory IIA, IIB, and the temperature group is T1, T2, T3, T4. Other industrial locations where explosive mixtures are present. Use temperature below 150¡æ.
