3A Lobe Pump
Summary
3A rotary lobe pump with gear reducer, also known as positive displacement colloid pump, not only has the same uses and features as other gear pumps, but also has its own unique design, lobe contact is prevented by external timing gears located in the gearbox. Pump shaft support bearings are located in the gearbox, which is especially suitable for conveying high-viscosity colloidal materials and won¡¯t change any chemical and physical properties of the liquid.
Struction
Advantage of 3A rotary lobe pump:
1. All parts in contact with the medium (material) are made of stainless steel (materials SUS304, AISI316, 316L) and fully comply with hygiene standards.
2. It is suitable for conveying high viscosity, concentration and any medium (material) containing particles.
3. The applicable temperature is -30¡æ¡«200¡æ.
4. High pressure, suitable for long-distance and high-resistance quantitative transportation.
5. The rotation speed is low, generally between 200rpm ~ 600rpm
6.There is no contact between the rotor and the rotor, so no wear and tear when with right operation way.
7.The operation is stable, noise is low, assemble and disassemble is easy, as well as clean and keep hygienic.
3A Variety of Lobe Options:

Application
Dairy: yogurt, whipped cream, ice cream, cheese cubes and whey.
Beverages: beer, wort, yeast, soft drinks, fruit concentrates, fruit juice drinks.
Food: ketchup, fruit puree, vegetable paste, pudding, jam, jelly, seasonings, fruit fillings, sweeteners, yeast puree, salad seasonings, pastries, gravy, minced meat, net oil and edible oil.
Sweets: syrup, cream filling, chocolate. Cosmetics: Creams and lotions, hair gels, hair dyes, essential oils. Medicines: pill paste, extract, emulsion, ointment. Chemicals: fats, solvents, resins and polymers, dyes.
