Summary
Yangtze diaphragm chemical metering pumps, the electrical motor force the connecting rod to drive the diaphragm to reciprocate, provide the greatest possible metering accuracy when it comes to pumping supercritical fluids. The outlet displacement of the pump can be adjusted according to the stroke length by adjustment knob and the stroke frequency selection switch. The optimal adjustment range of the stroke length is 20%~100%. The digital tube displays various operating station and alarms.

The diaphragm is made of multi-layer composite structure, the first layer is super tough Teflon acid-resistant film, the second layer is EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer is SUS304 supporting iron core, the fourth layer is made of reinforced nylon fiber, and the fifth layer is made of EPDM The elastic rubber is completely covered, which can effectively prolong the service life of the diaphragm.
