2BV Liquid ring vacuum pump
Summary
SKA (2BV) series liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping out gas and water vapor, and the limited vacuum pressure reaches 33mbar (-0.097MPA). Liquid ring vacuum pumps are widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry and other fields. Since the gas compression process is isothermal during the working process, when compressing and pumping flammable and explosive gases, It is less dangerous and its application is more extensive.

1. The close coupled design of pump and motor which saves space.
2. The use of mechanical seals prevent leakage and easy to maintain.
3. Stable operation, the noise can be as low as 62 dB.
4. When use bronze impeller will improves corrosion resistance , and stainless steel material as well
5. The unique flexible exhaust port design will not produce over-compression, ensuring the efficient within its performance range.
6. To protect the pump, when the working pressure lower than 80mBar in a long time, equipped with cavitation protective tube. If equipped with atmospheric ejector, can reach 10mbar.
6.When used as a compressor,even can reach 0.26MPa (absolute pressure).
